1. What Fairburn is

Fairburn is a launchpad: people launch coins here, and anyone can buy and sell them. Every coin is a plain token created on the Pons launchpad on Robinhood Chain, paired with USDG or with another asset Pons offers (ETH, cbBTC or a tokenized stock); you pay and receive USDG here either way. A coin paired with a tokenized stock depends on that token, whose issuer can pause it or block addresses, and its buybacks wait while the stock-token market is closed (weekends and US market holidays). Fairburn provides the website and the contracts that launch each coin and spend its fees on buybacks that are burned (section 3). Fairburn does not check what people say about a coin, does not endorse any coin, and does not take sides.

Fairburn is not offered in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, Crimea, Sevastopol, the Donetsk region of Ukraine and the Luhansk region of Ukraine, because of sanctions that Fairburn and the services it runs on must follow, nor in Turkey, whose own rules do not allow it. You may not use Fairburn from those places; if you are named on a sanctions list of the United States, the United Nations, the European Union or the United Kingdom; or if you are a national of Russia or Belarus, unless you also hold the nationality of, or a residence permit for, a country of the European Union, the European Economic Area or Switzerland. You may not use a VPN or any other way of hiding where you are to get round this. Connections through Tor are refused, since nobody can tell where they come from. We apply it by the country your connection comes from and, for those regions, the region, as our network provider reports them. Where a country's own rules are the reason, someone who already has money in a wallet Fairburn made for them can still withdraw it or export the wallet from the exit page.

Fairburn is for people aged 18 or over. By signing in you confirm that you are 18 or over. We do not ask your age; if we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we delete what we can, as the privacy policy says (section 12).

2. You launch, you are responsible

To launch a coin you sign in, and you may launch as many as you like; a ticker, a name, an X profile and a website can each be on one new coin a day. Launching is free: Fairburn pays the Pons launch fee and the gas, and nobody, you and Fairburn included, makes an opening buy. You are the coin's publisher: you confirm that you have the right to use its name, ticker and image, and you are responsible for what you write about it and for anything you promise about it. What you say a coin will do or become is your promise, not Fairburn's. You are not paid as the coin's creator, and neither is Fairburn: the coin's creator seat belongs to its burner contract. The coin's X field takes an X handle, post or community: a post or community link is written on chain with the coin, and an X profile other than the one you signed in with shows on this site only. You may edit the coin's description and links on its page here; what the launch wrote on chain stays. While a coin waits to launch and for a day after it is listed here, no new coin can take its ticker, name, X profile or website, or a ticker, name or image too close to its own; then they are free again, and at once if its launch fails. A website counts by its address: a site's front page is one address however it is written, and a post or an article is an address of its own. An X post or community counts the same way, in the X field or as the website: one post is one address, whichever handle its link names. While a coin of that day has an X profile its launcher did not sign in with, the profile's owner, signed in with that X account, can still launch with it, and a website on a coin whose launcher did not sign in with X does not keep a launcher who did from using it. A launch is also refused when its ticker or name is reserved, or a token already trades on Robinhood Chain under it. Fairburn may hide a coin or a comment that breaks these rules or the law, after the fact, and will act on valid legal requests.

3. Money, fees and burns

Coins are speculative and can lose all value. Nothing here is investment advice. Fees are set by public contracts, and the fee shown before you trade includes every fee the contracts charge on that trade. Every trade of a coin, here or in any other app, pays 1% to Pons. Pons keeps 0.3% of the amount traded and pays the rest, the creator side, to the coin's vault. Of the creator side, 40% buys the coin back and burns it, 40% buys back and burns $FAIRBURN, the platform token, and 20% goes to Fairburn's treasury. The split is fixed in the contracts for each coin's life.

A trade made on this site also pays Fairburn's app fee: 0.25% of the USDG amount of the trade, charged by Fairburn's trade contract on top of Pons's 1% and shown in the fee before you trade. Half of it goes to the account that referred you, if one did (section 5), and the rest to Fairburn's treasury. A trade of the same coin made on another app or site pays only Pons's 1%. The burner contracts' own buybacks are trades made through the same contract, so each pays Pons's 1% and the app fee too; the burner contracts are referred by Fairburn's treasury, so the whole app fee of a buyback goes back to the treasury.

A buyback is a trade made by the coin's burner contract, at the market price, at a random moment 20 to 30 minutes after its last one, with everything its bucket holds; the tokens it buys are sent to an address nobody controls and are out of circulation for good. Until the platform token is set, its share waits in the burner. Burns reduce a coin's supply. They are not a promise about its price, of any return or of income, and a coin that is not traded burns nothing. Amounts shown for burns are read from the chain's receipts. Moving money to and from other networks is covered in section 4. You are responsible for taxes in your jurisdiction.

4. Deposits and withdrawals

Your cash is USDG on Robinhood Chain, in your own wallet. Sending USDG on Robinhood Chain is a plain transfer from your wallet; no bridge is involved. Transfers to and from other networks are carried out by Relay (relay.link), a third-party bridge that Fairburn does not operate. Fairburn never holds the money while it is on its way, and cannot speed up, cancel or reverse a transfer once it is sent.

Before we show a deposit address or let you sign a withdrawal to another network, we check the quote: the bridge may charge at most $0.50 plus 0.5% of the amount, and for a withdrawal the amount Relay guarantees may fall short of what you send by at most $0.50 plus 1%. We do not limit the amount you move, per transfer or per day; Relay can decline an amount it cannot carry, and then says why. A deposit address keeps working after its quote and can be used again for the same token and network. Relay prices whatever arrives there when it arrives, so an amount other than the one quoted is not covered by our check. Times shown are estimates. A transfer stays pending until Relay completes it or pays it back.

If Relay cannot complete a deposit, it pays it back, less that network's gas, to your own address on the network you sent from (from Solana, the Solana address you gave with the deposit) and in the token you sent: not to the exchange or wallet that sent it, and not to your cash here. An amount too small to cover that gas is not paid back at all. Fairburn cannot move money on other networks. If Fairburn created your wallet, you can export its key from the wallet menu and move the money with another wallet, which needs that network's gas token. If Relay cannot complete a withdrawal, it pays the USDG back to your wallet on Robinhood Chain, usually within seconds, less a small gas cost. In rare cases Relay can neither complete nor pay back a transfer on its own; the money then stays in Relay's contract until it is recovered through Relay's support, or at relay.link/withdraw with a signature from your wallet.

Send only the token and network shown with a deposit address. Any other token, bridged versions such as USDC.e or USDbC included, or the right token on another network, may be converted by Relay at its own price, which Fairburn does not check, or may be lost; some of it can be recovered only through Relay's support, and Fairburn cannot reverse it. Tokens sent to your Fairburn address on a network other than Robinhood Chain stay at that address on that network, where the app cannot move them. Relay refuses deposits sent from some exchanges and wallets: @CryptoBot, @wallet (Telegram Wallet), Bit Pin, BitcoinVN, Bitnest, ChangeHero, ChangeNOW, CoinEx, Crypto HK, Cryptomus, Exmo.me, FixedFloat, Heleket, HTX (Huobi), Kraken Market, N.Exchange, SideShift.ai, Tornado Cash, Wallex.ir. Relay can change that list. Money sent from them, or from any sender Relay's screening blocks, is held and not paid back automatically; getting it back goes through Relay's support and is not guaranteed.

To show money at your address on those other networks, our server asks nodes of each network for your address's balance there. Those nodes see your address and nothing else about you. What else we collect, who sees it and how long it is kept is in the privacy policy.

Recent transfers, in the wallet menu, shows the state of each transfer, with a link to Relay's page for each one Relay carries. Questions about a transfer: [email protected]. Any transfer Relay carried can be looked up by wallet address or transaction at relay.link/transactions, and Relay's own support is at support.relay.link.

5. Referrals

Every account has a referral link (the site's address, /r/ and its handle) and a code, which is its handle. Someone who signs up through your link, enters your code, or makes their first trade here after following your link, is referred by you. The referral is recorded on chain, in a public referral contract, and is for life: it never changes and cannot be moved to anyone else, by you, by them or by Fairburn. One level only: the people they refer are theirs, not yours.

On every trade a referred account makes on this site, half of Fairburn's app fee (0.25% of the trade) is paid to you in USDG, in the same transaction, and the rest goes to Fairburn's treasury. A referred account pays the same fees as anyone: there is no referral discount. Trades made on other apps or sites pay no app fee, so they pay no commission. If USDG refuses a transfer to your address, the commission is set aside for you in the trade contract and you can claim it from the Earn page. A commission is a share of a fee and never a promise of any amount: an account that does not trade here pays nothing.

Fairburn pays commissions for trades only. It pays nothing for posts, likes, follows, reposts or any other action on X or anywhere else, and nothing for sign-ups that never trade. When you share your link you are paid for what it brings, so you must say so plainly where you share it, and use the platform's paid-partnership or ad label where it has one: every post the app prefills with your link already ends with “I earn a share of fees from trades through my link.” Keep it in. Do not make promises about any coin's price or returns to get people to sign up, do not spam, and do not refer yourself or accounts you control: Fairburn may flag an account that does, which then gets no new referrals.

Referral rewards are not offered to people in the United Kingdom. We apply this by the country your connection comes from, as our network provider reports it: an account used from the United Kingdom in the last 30 days cannot use or give a referral code or link, and no new referral is recorded for it. If you live in the United Kingdom you may not take part, whatever connection you use. Referrals already recorded on chain stay as they are: the trade contract keeps paying the commission on their trades to the referrer it recorded, wherever that referrer is, and Fairburn cannot stop or redirect it.

6. A separate site

Fairburn runs on contracts of its own. Coins launched on any other site are not listed or traded here, and an account on another site is not an account here.

7. Content rules

These rules apply to everything people publish here: coins and their names, tickers, images, descriptions and links, comments, profiles and the notes sent with payments. A person on our side decides whether something published breaks them; nothing is removed automatically. We may also refuse, as you write it, text with words or links on a short list we keep against abuse, and an image that was removed before.

Sexual content
No nudity or sexual content, in words or pictures.
Sexual content involving a minor
Never, in any form. We remove it at once, keep what the law requires us to keep, and report it to the authorities.
Violence or threats
No threats against anyone, and nothing that praises or calls for violence.
Harassment or hate
No attacks on a person or a group, and no hate speech.
Private information
No one's address, phone number, private messages or other private details, and no coin aimed at a private person.
Illegal content
Nothing that is against the law, including material you have no right to share.
Scam or impersonation
No scams, no misleading promises of profit, and no pretending to be a company, a person, another coin or Fairburn.
Spam
No ads, repeated posts, link farms or nonsense.
Breaks our rules
Nothing else that breaks these terms, including attacks on the site itself.

8. How we act on reports

Anyone can report a coin, a comment or a profile with its Report control, signed in or not. A person reads every report. Nothing is removed because of reports alone, and who reports something does not decide what happens to it: the rules above do.

We may hide a coin or remove a comment, remove parts of a coin (its image, description or links, for example), reset a profile's name, bio or handle, block an image or an X account from being used again, or suspend an account. A suspended account can still sign in, sell and withdraw; it cannot launch, post, follow, buy or edit its profile until the suspension ends. Hiding a coin does not stop its token, which keeps trading on Pons: anyone holding it can still sell it here, and its fees keep buying it back and burning it. What we remove is kept privately as evidence and is not shown again unless we restore it.

When we act on something of yours, you are told in the app: what was restricted, the reason and the facts, the rule it falls under, that a person decided, and a reference that starts with M-. During an attack we may pause new coins, comments, image uploads or sign-ups for everyone for a short time; trading and withdrawals are never paused this way.

9. Appeals

If you think we got it wrong, email [email protected] within 6 months with the reference from the notice. A person reviews the decision and answers you, normally within 14 days. If we reverse it, what was removed comes back and you are told in the app. You may also turn to the courts or to any out-of-court body the law gives you.
